Returns & Store Credit

 Store Credit Only: We do not offer refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit.

 Return Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt.

 Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

 Non-Returnable Items: Hats, bows, accessories, and all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Return Shipping:  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
